We have enjoyed making creative confections for many years. Our truffles and gourmandises are created by hand in small batches. We use the freshest ingredients available and the finest chocolate, nuts, spices, and liqueurs.

When Chantal was ten years old, she received her first cookbook. A recipe for Truffes au Chocolat immediately caught her attention, and its key ingredients are the foundation for our smooth, silky, and indulgent truffles.

We offer four flavors: Texas Pecan, Grand Marnier, Ginger and Cherry.

Texas Pecan: Dark chocolate infused with Kahlua (coffee liqueur) and rolled in Texas pecans. This truffle will please the traditionalist. Perfect with a cup of espresso!

Grand Marnier: Dark chocolate with Provençal candied orange peel and Grand Marnier; rolled in Dutch cocoa powder. This is a luscious truffle with a definite citrus note - not for the faint of heart!

Ginger: Milk chocolate with candied ginger, Domaine de Canton liqueur, rolled in matcha tea. East meets West in this sensual truffle that melts in your mouth!

Cherry: A tart Montmorency cherry marinated in Višnjak liqueur forms the center of this creamy truffle rolled in toasted almonds.

Presentation Boxes:

Alison Cook paid the ultimate compliment by choosing our "Tailgate Salami" as her item for the Houston Chronicle's "Lust List" in December, 2013. She writes, "With its powdery white skin and crinkled end caps, the plump cylinder looks exactly like a well-cured sausage. But slice it open and you find a mesmerizing confection made by Houston's Chantal & Dragana's Gourmandises: it's a realistic dark chocolate salami, studded with pale nuts and a salty pop of pretzel. There's a haunting note of beer in the mix, and the lingering warmth of red chile. The play of sweet and savory makes the sausage based on a traditional holiday dessert from Serbia hard to stop eating." Our Tailgate Salami won 2nd Place – Judges' Choice, at the Houston Beer Experiment in March, 2012. 6 ounces - About 14 slices - $14

We've taken this confection over the top with a generous amount of peanuts, cashews, and pistachios, and a stimulating amount of cayenne! Eat as is, or crush it and serve with your favorite ice cream. Totally addictive! 10 ounces - $12
